Job Summary:

Operate and maintain drilling rigs for groundwater wells, ensuring safe and efficient drilling, well construction, and equipment handling as per UAE HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate drilling rigs for water well projects
* Set up and dismantle drilling equipment on-site
* Drill boreholes and monitor depth, alignment, and formations
* Install casing, screens, and gravel pack for well completion
* Maintain drilling equipment, compressors, and pumps

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in water well drilling
* Knowledge of drilling methods and rig operations
* Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
