Accounting Manager

*Position - Accounting Manager – Dynamics 365 Finance*

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to lead and manage the company’s accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring accuracy of accounting records, supporting financial controls, and maximizing the effective use of the ERP system.

 

The candidate must have solid practical experience in the following areas within Dynamics 365 Finance:

                •             General Ledger

                •             Accounts Payable

                •             Accounts Receivable

                •             Fixed Assets

                •             Budgeting

                •             Cash and Bank Management

                •             Financial Reporting

 

? Key Responsibilities:

                •             Manage and oversee the full accounting cycle using Dynamics 365 Finance.

                •             Supervise financial transactions and ensure proper recording in the system.

                •             Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and month-end/year-end closing

activities.

                •             Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

                •             Control and reconcile cash and bank management activities.

                •             Manage fixed assets records, depreciation, and reporting.

                •             Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

                •             Prepare and review accurate financial reports and management reports.

                •             Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

                •             Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and system users to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.

 

? Requirements:

                •             Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

                •             Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar finance leadership role.

                •             Strong practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.

                •             Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting.
