SALARY PACKAGE :

BASE SALARY : SGD 3,300 – 8,000 (Depending on Experience)

REFERENCE RANGE : SGD 4,000 – 8,000

ACCOMMODATION ALLOWANCE : SGD 500

OVERTIME : No OT Pay

WORKING HOURS : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

MONTHLY LEAVE : 8 Days

COMPANY PROFILE :

A Singapore-based company specializing in explosion-proof doors and windows, with over 20 employees. The company is mainly involved in government building projects in Singapore.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction-related fields

Preferably experienced as a Quantity Surveyor Manager

Strong knowledge in:

* Drafting technical drawings

* Preparing cost estimation

* Tender/bidding procedures

* Material control & cost management

Experience in Singapore projects preferred

Knowledge of Singapore contract law is an advantage

Fluent English communication required

Candidates with around 10 years of strong experience can expect salary between SGD 4,000 – 8,000 depending on capability.
