Job Title: Recruitment Executive / Recruitment Officer

Location: Ram Mandir, S.V. Road (West), Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals , and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening , shortlist suitable profiles, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database , tracking recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Manage interview scheduling , follow?ups, and candidate communication professionally.
  • Support onboarding activities , including documentation and orientation coordination.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in HR operational tasks , as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
