FOR A LEADING JEWELLERY MAKING COMPANY IN BAHRAIN
ONLINE INTERVIEW SELECTION JEWELLERY WORKSHOP MANAGER
5 YEARS EXP. IN GOLD SMITHING OR JEWLLERY MAKING
SALARY: Negotiable (Based on Exp.)
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the jewellery workshop
JOB ID: EJ-2637
Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines
Coordinate tasks among craftsmen, setters, polishers, and external vendors
Monitor quality control at each stage of production
Ensure proper handling, tracking, and storage of precious metals and gemstones
Maintain workshop inventory, tools, and equipment
Liaise with design, sales, and management teams to translate deig into production-ready pieces
Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvem
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
Assist in training and onboarding new workshop staff
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioities simultaneously
Leadership and team coordination skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
Other Terms:
Duty Hours: 10 hours per day - After that Overtime Provided
Employment Visa & Medical: Provided by Company
