Job Details

1. Assistant Manager – Restaurant Operations

• No. of Positions: 2

• Experience: 5–7 Years

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

• Salary: QAR 2,500 – 3,500 + FAT

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in restaurant / F&B operations

• Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory role

2. Captain

• No. of Positions: 3

• Experience: 3–5 Years

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

• Salary: QAR 1,600 – 2,200 + FAT

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in restaurant service

• Minimum 1 year as Captain / Senior Waiter / Team Leader

• Fine dining or upscale casual dining experience preferred

3. Waitress

• No. of Positions: 10

• Experience: 2–3 Years

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

• Salary: QAR 1,300 – 1,800 + FAT

• Experience in fine dining / upscale casual restaurant, café, or hotel

4. Waitress cum Cashier

• No. of Positions: 2

• Experience: 2–3 Years

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

• Salary: QAR 1,300 – 1,800 + FAT

Requirements:

• Relevant waitress experience

• Knowledge of POS systems and billing preferred

5. Hostess

• No. of Positions: 2

• Experience: 3–4 Years

• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

• Salary: QAR 1,500 – 2,000 + FAT

Requirements:

• 2–3 years experience as Hostess / Receptionist in restaurant or hotel

• Fine dining or upscale casual dining experience preferred

Benefits & Terms

• Place of Work: Client site in the State of Qatar

• Contract Period: Open-ended contract (Initial 2 years) as per Qatar Labor Law

• Working Hours: 10 hours duty + 1 hour meal break | 6 days per week

• Probation Period: 6 months

• Accommodation: Free shared accommodation provided

• Food: Free food provided

• Transportation: Free transportation between accommodation and workplace

• Medical: Government Medical Card as per Qatar Labor Law
