? Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project progress and schedules
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on project documentation and reports
• Assist the Project Manager in site coordination and daily operations
• Track materials, manpower, and overall work progress
• Attend site meetings and record meeting minutes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

? Requirements & Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Familiar with Singapore construction and site workflow
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
