Job Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support for network and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and user access.
• Support desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
• Maintain and manage IT assets and software licenses.
• Configure and deploy laptops and IT equipment for employees.
• Support conference rooms and meeting room IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate with backend IT support teams based in Mumbai.
• Raise and follow up service tickets with OEMs (HP / Dell).

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in IT support / helpdesk / desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking, hardware, and IT peripherals.
• Ability to handle onsite support in a corporate environment.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
