? Working Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays)

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

? Days Off: 4 days per month
? Accommodation Allowance: Self

? Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage site operations and sequential job planning for smooth project execution

• Ensure projects meet cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction objectives

• Attend project kick-off meetings and project team meetings; provide regular progress updates

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients’ representatives, and relevant authorities

• Prepare and submit project-related correspondence, including progress reports and work programs

• Manage site staff and subcontractors’ schedules, monitor work progress, and resolve site issues

? Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction or a related field

• Highly self-motivated with a positive working attitude

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
