We are Hiring Batching Plant Operator For malawi East  Africa.

Position : Batching Plant Operator

Salary : 1200 USD (1,20000 INR Monthly)

Food +Accomodation+transport + 50 Days Paid Holiday after 2 Years + Return Tickets


Requirement :
 

Requirement:

• 10+ years’ experience in concrete batching plant operations.
• Strong background in ready-mix / pre-mix concrete.
• Proven ability to independently operate fully automatic batching plants.
• Experience managing entire batching yard (trucks, materials, manpower).
• Strong leadership, discipline, and organisational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English for operations and reporting.
• Able to work under pressure with full operational responsibility.
  
   

  Responsibility :

• Operate and take overall charge of fully automatic concrete batching plants and daily production
• Manage batching yard operations, including mixer trucks, dispatch, staff, and scheduling
• Monitor and control raw materials, diesel usage, and production records.
