Customer Service Greet guests politely and help them feel welcome Escort guests to their tables and present menus Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and daily specials Take food and beverage orders accurately ? Order Management Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff Ensure special dietary requests or allergies are noted Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction ? Food & Beverage Service Serve meals and beverages according to service standards Refill drinks and clear empty plates and glasses Offer desserts, coffee, or additional items when appropriate ? Table & Dining Area Maintenance Set tables before service and reset them after guests leave Keep tables and service areas clean and organized Ensure proper presentation of cutlery, glassware, and linens
