Offshore Project :-

Camp Boss
Indian Cook (able to produce a variety of Indian dishes).
Western/Arabic Cook (able to produce a variety of continental and Arabic dishes).
Laundryman
Butcher
? Saladman

Onshore Project :-

Position : Camp Boss or Catering supervisor

Experience: Catering companies in remote areas ( onshore oil and gas rigs ).
Able to work in remote area under pressure.
Has proven experience in dealing with Rig Manager and Company Man on rigs.
Has proven experience in managing catering crews and delivering catering services as per the scope of work.
Good communication in English both verbal and writing.
Preferably with valid Saudi driving license.

Position : Continental (western) cooks.

Experience in Catering (Oil & Gas offshore and onshore rigs).
Able to work in remote area.
Able to produce a good variety of western & Arabic dishes.
Good knowledge of food safety standards, Good Hygiene Practices & HACCP.
Able to work day shift or night shift.
