PERMIT TYPE: S PASS

JOB POSITION:
Quantity Surveyor (QS)
(QS Steel Structure work experience is mandatory)

BASIC SALARY:
SGD 2,500 – 3,500 per month

WORKING HOURS:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

OFF DAYS:
4 days per month

REQUIREMENTS & JOB SCOPE:
Must have Singapore work experience in steel structure projects
Proficient in CAD operations
Responsible for monthly project quantity settlement and project cost calculations
Prepare work-done statements and submitted claims
Communicate and coordinate with Main Contractor (MC) Quantity Surveyors
Experience in tender preparation and bid submission is an added advantage
