SPLIT / WINDOW AC TECHNICIAN

  • Install, service, and maintain split and window air conditioning units.
  • Diagnose faults, clean filters, replace compressors, and perform gas refilling.
  • Ensure proper temperature control and efficient cooling performance.
  • ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry

BMS OPERATOR

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other building automation systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in BMS hardware and software, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.
  • Perform regular calibration and testing of BMS devices and field instruments.
  • Update and maintain BMS software, graphics, and control sequences as required.
  • Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical and AMC Contractor teams to ensure proper integration and operation of automated systems
  • He Should attend BMS Related course, knowledge about the computer programming & familiar with Semen’s, Honeywell Brand
  • Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry

PACKAGE / DX TECHNICIAN

  • Proficient in servicing DX units, split AC, cassette units, and package AC , Moderate knowledge of VRF units.
  • Knowledge of refrigerant cycle Compressor Replacement & AC/HVAC Electrical Control troubleshooting Procedure.
  • Capable of identifying gas leakages and performing system recharging.
  • ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Min: 5 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry

MEP SUPERVISOR

250 - 300

  • Supervise all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities at the site.  
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.                                                                                                                                                                   Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting of maintenance schedules.
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Min: 5 - 7 yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry

CARPENTER

  • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden doors, partitions, ceilings, and furniture. 
  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood or similar materials as per site requirements. 
  • Conduct polishing, varnishing, and minor civil touch-ups.                                                                                                                                                            Knowledge about machinery works (Engraving, Plaining, Cutting Machines)
  • Skilled/ITI Carpenter
  • Min: 5+ yrs of hands-on experience in FM Industry

 

NOTE:

  • Accommodation, Medical & Transport will be provided by Company.
  • 9 hours of duty + overtime
  • one day off in a week
  • 2 yrs contract
