URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR OMAN
FOR A LEADING LMESTOCKS CO

SALARY NEGOTIABLE (ONLINE INTERVIEW)

1. PLANT OPERATION MANAGER
* Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
* 10+ years in operational leadership, with 3+ years managing large teams (504).
* Experience in cold chain logistics, food processing, and warehouse & fleet management.
* Strong process, financial, and analytical skills; ERP/WMS ISAP proficiency.

2. ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ENGINEER
* Diploma/Degree in Electromechanicall Mechanical / Mechatronics
* years of hands-on maintenance experience in the meat processing industry
* Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & hydraulic expertise
* Experience with European processing equipment preferred

3. FOOD TECHNOLOGIST - MEAT INDUSTRY
* Degree in Food Technology, Meat Science, Food Science, or related field.
* 2—5 years Of experience in the meat processing industry (mandatory).
* Strong knowledge Of meat microbiology, shelf-life, curing, marination, and processing methods.
* Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety regulations.
