Commissioning Manager

Position: Commissioning Manager (Offshore & Onshore)
We are looking for a highly experienced Commissioning Manager to lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing activities for a major ADNOC EPC Project in Abu Dhabi.

 Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute onshore & offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Prepare procedures for testing, flushing, loop checks, logic verification, and system readiness.
Establish and manage CMS, commissioning dossiers, punch lists, and system handovers.
Lead MC inspections, HOTO, energization, start-up, and performance testing.
Coordinate with ADNOC, OEMs, vendors, and internal project teams.
Manage SIMOPS planning, RFSU procedures, and PAC/FAC documentation.
Ensure full ADNOC HSE compliance including PTW, LOTO, PSSR, and safety reviews.
Authorize energization, start-up sequences, and vendor mobilization.
Stop work immediately in case of any safety deviation.
 Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
15+ years of ADNOC offshore EPC experience in mechanical construction & commissioning.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards and offshore safety systems.
Expertise in heavy lifts, mechanical packages, static & rotating equipment, and piping systems.
Proven experience in commissioning, system handovers, method statements, lift studies, and risk assessments.
