• Installation, maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems
• Read blueprints and diagrams while troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid operational failures of hydraulic systems
• Welding, metal fabrication and electrical assembly (Optional)
• Provide drawing review and suggestions related to part inspection and testing
• Use computers and other technologies to investigate and repair hydraulic equipment
• Reassemble machines and equipment
• Read dials and meters to determine amperage, voltage, electrical output and input at specific operating temperature to analyze parts performance

PUMP TECHNICIANS

• Understand principle of operations of pumps, wells and have ability to troubleshoot systems.
• Travel to job site and stay overnight as needed.
• Service and install marine pumping systems sea water, lube oil, cargo pump screw type.Etc.
• Trouble shooting for the pumps required on board so should have some knowledge of the system.
• Take night calls for service on if required.
• Fill out all paperwork properly, accurately, and in a timely fashion including job worksheets and timecards.
• Maintain good communication with customers, fellow employees and manager.
• Ability to keep co-works, clients and equipment safe.
• Ability to weld.
• Most imp – should read the measuring instrument. Bore gauge, outside micrometer, Verner ETC.
• High Speed Engine Technician for CAT , Cummins

TECHNICIANS FOR REPAIR OF ENGINES

• Diploma / ITI Certificate.
• Exp. in Overhauling and repairing all types of engines like Caterpillar, Cummins.
• High Speed Engine for Marine Industry.
