POSITION: HVAC STORE KEEPER

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 + Free Food + Accommodation + Benefits

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a Store Officer (HVAC & Oil & Gas) to manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing materials, tools, and HVAC spare parts. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate ERP/WMS inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely material availability for maintenance teams.

You will also monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock-outs, lead times, and material turnaround, and prepare weekly/monthly reports while ensuring full HSE, ADNOC, and Oil & Gas compliance.

REQUIREMENTS

3–5 years’ experience in HVAC & Oil & Gas stores
Strong knowledge of spare parts & technical documents
Experience with SAP / Oracle / Maximo
Excellent inventory control skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
