Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Develop new recipes and assist with dessert menu planning.
Manage pastry kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed.
Train and supervise junior pastry staff.
Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with chefs for events and special menus.
Minimize waste and ensure cost-effective production.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
Ability to develop creative and innovative recipes.
Excellent organizational and team management skills.
Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
