Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate (Diploma preferred)
Mandatory Rigger Certification
Vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Steel Industry
Strong knowledge of rigging equipment and practices
Good spatial awareness and effective communication skills
Highly safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
Physically fit – must be able to lift up to 35 kg
Preferred age: Below 35 years
Ability to work under pressure and extend working hours as needed
