Position: Food Production Supervisor
Good computer knowledge, excel, word, power point.
Good educational background, preferably Hotel Management Diploma / Degree.
Good communication skills especially English.
Attend to all HR related jobs onsite.
Good knowledge & understanding of menu’s, recipes & recipe costings.
Weekly menu’s to be prepared in accordance with the Executive Chef.
Weekly order sheets to be prepared & shared with the locations.
Following up with the locations to receive the orders on time.
Upon receiving the orders, weekly/daily production plan to be prepared.
Production Plan along with Production Summary Sheet to be shared with the Executive Chef & Dispatch Supervisor.
Required to have good information on the company’s store handling process & procedures.
Random checks to be conducted in the store room for validating the store keeping process.
Keeping a tight control on the daily food cost as against the budget given.
To ensure that stock control systems are maintained up to date.
To ensure that food stocks are being rotated correctly.
