ARABIC CHEF :- Diploma in food industry and having minimum of 03 - 05 yrs exp.Should have a working knowledge in Arabiac Dishes .Should have Speciality in arabic dishes.Washing, cutting and preparing food before it is cooked. Taking into account the wishes of
clients when planning of menus. Making sure good nutritional standards are maintained when preparing meals. High level creativity and competency in preparation of authentic Arabic cuisine dishes. Manage all aspects of the kitchen including operational, quality and administrative
functions. Good knowledge of Food safety / HACCCP principles, food preparation and cooking techniques and nutrition. VEG & NON-VEG Dishes with good food presentation skills.
SALARY : - 3500 SAR + Accomodation + Transportation & Other benefits
