Qualificatin: Graduate 
Must speak fluent English 
Able to make billing on cloud-based billing software.

Able to commnucate with coustermrs for pickup & delivery , able to inspect garments for brands, colours, defects, damages & types of stains. 
Must be able to resolve coustomer complaints, ensuring 100% coustomer satisfaction, able to handle coustomer complaints , approvals of bills & disclaimers.
Collection of online & card payments, Settelement of delivered garments & payments , make weekly reports.
