Total experience 2 to 4 years (preference to candidates with accounting experience)
Will be required to work in SAP. Training will be provided internally.
Brief Job role To coordinate with sales executives and other departments; Prepare accurate documentation (OER, Invoices, Insurance formalities etc); Upkeep and maintenance of Company / marketing assets.
Details of the role: Sales conversion process:
Update preliminary customer information in database; Receive requirement from sales executive for vehicle; Search vehicle availability and location in system;
Verify vehicle PDI is completed prior to invoicing; Coordinate vehicle transfer to Branch;
Check for accuracy of approvals; Capture and update customer information and customer codes;
Create Delivery Order and Invoice; Coordinate Insurance formalities, Issue warranty booklet, gifts etc;
Handover the invoice and finance documents to Vehicle Finance and Delivery Cell in order to facilitate Vehicle Delivery.
