Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in Cost Accounting. Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
