Conduct microbiological & chemical testing (Salmonella, TPC, pH, Viscosity)
Monitor pasteurization parameters & CCPs
Implement & maintain HACCP, GMP & SSOPs
Verify raw egg & packaging material quality
Manage shelf-life studies & product validation
Support customer & regulatory audits
Investigate quality deviations & corrective actions
Product development activities
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Microbiology
8+ Years Experience in Food Processing QA (Egg/Dairy Preferred)
Strong Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 & BRC
Supplier Audit & Internal Audit Experience
Staff Training & Documentation Skills
Strong Attention to Detail & Compliance Mindset
