WG TECHNICIAN
SALARY NEGOTIABLE
(WHITE GOODS TECHNICIAN)
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for skilled and experienced WG Technician to repair, install and maintain white goods appliances at customer locations and service center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair and maintain refrigerators, washing machines, cookers and other white goods appliances.
Provide home service and workshop repairs.
Install, re-install and demonstrate products at customer site.
Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions.
Order and control the consumption of spare parts.
Prepare service reports, job cards and charge estimates.
Collect payments for chargeable cases and submit at the point of sales.
Handle product with care during pickup and delivery.
Maintain good relationship with customers and suppliers.
Daily update system for work done.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/ITI in Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in white goods repair (Gulf experience preferred).
Age between 24-35 years.
Good knowledge of troubleshooting and repair.
Basic English communication.
Honest, disciplined and customer oriented.
