8 HOURS DUTY + OVER TIME. FREE FOOD / SOBHA CARE BEENFITS / FREE ACCOMODATION / TRASNPORTATION / MEDICAL BENEFITS PROVIDED BY COMPANY. AGE LIMITS UP TO 45 YRS

SOBHA CARE – BENEFITS AFTER SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION

OF 3 MONTHS

Educational Support: ? 10,000 per year for each child (maximum 2 children) from KG to Class 12.

Newborn Child Benefit: ? 1, 00,000 for the maintenance of each newborn child (up to 2 children).

Worker’s Wife Benefit: ? 2,000 will be credited every month to the worker ’ s wife ’ s bank account.

Children Marriage Benefit: ? 2, 00,000 for the marriage of each child (maximum 2 children).

Housing Benefit: ? 5, 00,000 for employees who complete 10 years of service at SOBHA to purchase a house.
