Common Job Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Officer (Jeddah): Responsible for developing job descriptions, sourcing/screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruitment efforts.
  • Lead Project Controls Engineer: Focuses on engineering, project planning, monitoring, and controls (Earn Value Management), including inventory and cost reconciliation.
  • Production/Operations: Includes Tape Extrusion Operators, Weaving Production planners, and Maintenance Technicians (often in high-temperature environments).
  • Quality Control: Inspectors and Assurance officers ensuring standards for technical textiles.
  • Other Roles: Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Administrative staff.

Key Requirements (Manufacturing):
  • Experience in the manufacturing or textile industry is often preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
