Qualification                : Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Office Management from YMCA

Experience                    : Minimum 1 to 3 years

 

Requirements:

• Must have min 1+ yrs of experience as eperience as a secretary or in an administrative/secretarial role in any organization
• Manage all correspondence, including letters, emails, and official communications.
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars efficiently.
• Handle telephone calls and email communication with professionalism.
