    • Production/Plant Operator: Handles raw materials, operates machinery, and adheres to quality standards.
    • Maintenance Manager: Maintains machinery and manages repair schedules.
  • Quality Control :
    • Quality Control Manager/Officer: Ensures cement meets industry standards and analyzes raw material quality.
  • Sales & Marketing :
    • Sales Officer: Identifies new dealers/distributors, achieves sales targets, and builds relationships with builders/contractors.
    • Marketing Manager: Develops sales strategies, monitors market trends, and manages brand presence.
  • Logistics & Procurement :
