Job Description:

Al Noor Management is urgently seeking 03 experienced and qualified Telecom Engineers for a reputed company in Saudi Arabia, specifically for projects involving Saudi Aramco.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design & Compliance: Lead telecom and IT design in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco SAES-T standards, SAEP-99, and cybersecurity requirements.

• System Ownership: Design, coordinate, and execute for Corporate data networks, Private IP networks, VoIP, OSP Fiber Optic Networks, Structured Cabling (in TRs and TERs), Wireless LAN, IP Telephony, AV & Video Wall Systems.

• Security & Infrastructure: Manage DMZ architecture, network segregation, and cybersecurity implementations. Experience with Tetra radio systems and indoor enhancement systems is required.

• Coordination & Approvals: Actively coordinate with Saudi Aramco PMT, Contractors, and Proponent teams for technical alignment and approvals.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare material submittals, MOS, and supervise the preparation of shop drawings and As-Built documentation.

• Project Execution: Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and manage FAT & SAT requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Total Experience: 7+ years in Telecom Engineering.

• Specific Experience: Minimum 3 years working directly on Saudi Aramco projects is mandatory .

• In-Depth Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAES-T standards and the Aramco approval workflow is essential.

• Hands-on Technical Proficiency:

  • OSP fiber & structured cabling for telecom systems.

  • Corporate data network, Private IP network, WLAN, IP Telephony.

  • Audio Visual (AV) systems and Video Conferencing systems.

  • CNMS and Cybersecurity protocols.

  • Tetra radio system and Indoor enhancement systems.

  • Telecom room layout & implementation.

• Soft Skills: Strong coordination and professional documentation skills.
