Job Title: Lab Technician (Concrete / Material)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician (Concrete / Material) for a large-scale Power Generation Project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction material testing, particularly within Power, Oil & Gas, or large industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of concrete and construction materials as per project specifications and international standards.
• Perform sampling, curing, and testing of concrete (fresh and hardened).
• Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams regarding test results and corrective actions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.

Salary

400 – 500 KWD per month

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of total experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Power, Oil & Gas, or large industrial construction projects.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Civil Engineering OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science

Certification

• ACI Grade 1 Certification (Mandatory)

Work Schedule

• Duty Hours: 8 hours per day
• Working Days: 6 days per week
