Job Description:

• Managing and control the entire operational and Maintenance activities of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and Cleaning, security services.
• Capable of handling both Hard Service & Soft Service.
• Supervise and manage the technical personnel at sites, and oversee all maintenance activities.
• Required experience from Facility Maintenance industry.
• Track contract progress and ensure agreed SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
• Identifying and recording quality problems and recommending solutions, Identify critical system, services, assets and ensure necessary contingency plan in place to avoid downtime and disruption of services.
• Conducting site inspections, conditional assessment of assets, assess HSE and operational risk and reporting.
• Prepare contract specific PPM procedures, PPM schedule, method statements, risk assessment, PPM Task sheet, etc.
• Efficiently execute corrective and reactive maintenance, achieve agreed service level agreements (SLA), KPI’s.
• Handle escalations, emergencies and resolve all customer complaints, prepare technical reports.
• Ensure all CRM work orders are tracked, updated and closed on a daily basis
