FOOD : Company Provide
WORKING HOURS : 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
OFF DAYS : 2 Days per month
OVERTIME : 1.5x after 12 hours of work
REQUIREMENTS :
Must have Hotel Head Chef experience in India
Strong experience in South Indian or North Indian cuisine
Creative mindset with new food ideas & menu planning ability
Able to handle full kitchen operations independently
Experience in food costing & inventory control
