Job Description:

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics / ELV / Networking / Instrumentation/ or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years ELV/PA System/Instrumentation & control/Electronics maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of networking basics: IP address, ping test, PoE switch, CAT6 cabling.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently.
• To maintain and troubleshoot ELV/Electronic Instruments, ensuring uninterrupted operation
• Maintain and troubleshoot ELV/PA systems/Electronic Instruments including: CCTV, Access Control / Door Controllers, Time Attendance, SMATV / IPTV, Structured Cabling / Data Points, Intercom / Gate Barrier, PA system.
• Attend breakdown calls and ensure closure within SLA.
• Perform periodic inspections, functional testing, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose faults such as: camera offline/no display, NVR/DVR issues, storage issues, network cable faults, patching issues, access reader/door lock failures, Projector failures, PCB failures.
• Basic configuration support for NVR, IP cameras, switches (as per access).
• Maintain records, checklists, and system updates with evidence.
• Coordinate with vendors/IT team when required.
• Ensure safe working practices, cable dressing, labeling and housekeeping.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently.
