URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR UAE
(1) . Printing Operator (2 Color / 4 Color)
Operate 2-color and 4-color printing machines used in carton & corrugated box production
Set up printing jobs as per artwork, shade careard, and production order
Ensure accurate color matching, registration, and print quality on board/carton
Monitor machine performance during production and make necessary adjustments
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic machine maintenance
Minimize wastage of paperboard, ink, and materials
Coordinate with production and QC team to meet outp targets
Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean work area
(2).  Boiler Operator
Operate and monitor industrial boilers used in production processes
Start, stop, and regulate boiler systems as per production requirements
Monitor pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel consumption
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Maintain daily boiler operation logs and records
Ensure compliance with safety rules and statutoryy regulations
Handle emergency situations safely and report technical issues
Maintain cleanliness and safety of boiler area
(3) . Lamination Operator
Operate lamination machines for cartons and corrugated sheets
Perform film pasting, glue application, and sheet alignment
Ensure proper bonding, finish, and surface quality.
Adjust machine settings based on board thickness and film type
Monitor lamination quality and reduce rejection/wastage
Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machine
Coordinate with printing and production teams.
Follow safety standards and housekeeping rules
