Position : BMS Technician cum Supervisor

Salary - OMR 300 – 350

Employment visa + Food + Accommodation + Transportation by Company

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in BMS and multi-disciplinary maintenance

• Prior GCC experience (preferred) • Proven supervisory experience in handling technicians and site activities

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance works

• Knowledge in Building Management Systems (BMS), Plumbing works, Electrical systems, HVAC systems, CCTV systems, Carpentry and masonry work, Civil maintenance, Basic project coordination and reporting

Educational Qualifications :

• Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field / Relevant trade certificates

• Any additional certifications related to BMS will be an added advantage
