An engineer applies science and math to design, develop, and maintain systems, structures, or products, solving complex problems by researching, planning, and testing solutions, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while managing budgets and collaborating with teams on projects from concept to implementation. Core duties involve creating detailed designs, overseeing production, troubleshooting, reporting, and staying updated on new technologies.

  • Design & Development:  Creating new systems, products, or structures, and improving existing ones. 
     
  • Research & Analysis:  Conducting feasibility studies, analyzing data, and applying new knowledge. 
     
  • Testing & Implementation:  Developing prototypes, running tests, and implementing solutions. 
     
  • Project Management:  Estimating costs, managing timelines, preparing budgets, and ensuring projects meet specifications. 
     
  • Documentation:  Preparing detailed reports, technical documents, and compliance paperwork. 
     
  • Collaboration:  Working with teams, clients, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure success. 
     
  • Compliance:  Ensuring adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental policies.

  • Strong foundation in math and science.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
