Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction-related fields
Preferably experienced as a Quantity Surveyor Manager
Strong knowledge of technical drawings, cost estimation, bidding procedures, and material control
Singapore work experience preferred, including knowledge of Singapore contract law
Fluent English communication skills required
Salary offered is basic pay only (no overtime) and will be based on experience
Candidates with approximately 10 years of experience may earn between SGD 4,000 and 8,000
