• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage site operations with proper job sequencing
• Ensure projects meet cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction targets
• Attend project kick-off meetings and regular project team meetings
• Provide project progress updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients’ representatives, and authorities
• Prepare and submit project correspondence, progress reports, and work programs
• Manage site staff and subcontractor schedules
• Monitor work progress and resolve site-related issues

  Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Building, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction or related fields
• Highly self-motivated with a positive working attitude
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
