(Singapore Work Experience Required)

  Gender: Male
  Age Limit: Below 45 years

  Base Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,500
  Estimated Monthly Income: SGD 3,000 – 4,000

  Housing: Self

  Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

  Monthly Rest Days: 6 days
  Overtime Rate: 1.5×

  • Employer operates in the construction industry, specializing in interior renovation works

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Structural design and calculations for beams, columns, and foundations to ensure strength, stability, and safety

  • Resolve technical challenges during construction and determine construction methods, sequences, and temporary works solutions

  • Supervise construction quality to ensure compliance with design drawings and technical specifications

  • Manage on-site construction safety and ensure adherence to safety standards

  • Be site-based to direct construction activities and coordinate technical interfaces among subcontractors
