? Job Position: M&E Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical Engineer)
? Gender: Male
? Age: Below 45 years

? Base Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,500
? Estimated Monthly Income: SGD 4,000 – 5,000 (Including Overtime)
? Housing: Self

? Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

? Monthly Rest Days: 6 days
?? Overtime Rate: 1.5 ×

  • Employer is in the construction industry, specializing in interior renovation

? Job Description & Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Services Engineering, or related fields

  • Relevant M&E engineering experience in the construction industry

  • Experience in large-scale projects, commercial complexes, or residential projects preferred

  • Familiar with national and local M&E design & construction codes

  • Proficient in CAD; BIM (Revit) knowledge is an advantage
