1. Purpose:

       To maintain and improve machines and equipments in production area
2. Major Responsibility:
    Obey and complete instructions given by Part & Group Leader
•
Execute his jobs according to departman work instructions and company general rules.
•
Regular patroling and inspection activity on machines and equipments on production shops and
report to Part Leader
•
Solve the problem and c omplete the maintenance jobs on time in good quality
•
Make suggestions and execute improvements to reduce downtime, increase efficiency, make
cost saving etc.

Knowledge:
•
Ability to read & interpret mechanical drawings and technical measurements.
PLC, automation, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, electrical motors and pumps
troubleshooting, piping
etc
•
To be familiar to 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Preventive Maintenance etc improvement
applications on site
Skill:
English communication skill ( min. basic ),
No physical or psychological health problem to execute his site activities
