Experience Requirements:
•  Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Extruder
Operator.
• Must have experience in a well-established plastic
factory.

Main Work Responsibilities:
• Operate plastic blown film extrusion machines
efficiently, including small, medium, and big extruders.
• Handle production of LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE rolls
and bags of different sizes and microns.
• Operate and manage production of jumbo bags,
construction films, and greenhouse rolls of various sizes
and thicknesses.
• Perform machine pre-heating, starting, and shutdown
procedures correctly.
• Monitor machine performance, identify mechanical
problems, and fix minor issues when possible, and
inform the technician to rectify major problems before
starting production.
• Read and understand work orders, specifications, sizes,
microns, and material composition in English.
• Carry out machine cleaning, die cleaning, and screen
change when required.
• Perform preventive maintenance for all mechanical
components of extrusion machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and factory
operating standards at all times.
