Job Position: Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer

Gender: Male
Age Limit: Below 45 years

Salary Range: SGD 4,000 – 5,000
• Base Salary: SGD 3,000 – 3,500
• Estimated Monthly Income: SGD 4,000 – 5,000

Housing Allowance: Not Provided

Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 6 Days

Overtime Rate: 1.5×

Construction company specializing in interior renovation projects

Job Description & Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Services Engineering, or related fields
• Relevant M&E engineering experience in the construction industry
• Experience in large-scale, commercial, or residential projects preferred
• Familiar with national and local M&E design and construction codes
• Proficient in CAD; BIM / Revit knowledge is an advantage
