Offshore Project :-
 
  • Camp Boss 
  • Indian Cook  (able to produce a variety of Indian dishes).
  • Western/Arabic Cook  (able to produce a variety of continental and Arabic dishes).
  • Laundryman 
  • Butcher
  • ?  Saladman
Onshore Project :-
 
             Position :  Camp Boss or Catering supervisor
  • Experience: Catering companies in remote areas ( onshore oil and gas rigs ).
  • Able to work in remote area under pressure.
  • Has proven experience in dealing with Rig Manager and Company Man on rigs.
  • Has proven experience in managing catering crews and delivering catering services as per the scope of work.
  • Good communication in English both verbal and writing.
  • Preferably with valid Saudi driving license.

 

Position : Continental (western) cooks.

  • Experience in Catering (Oil & Gas offshore and onshore rigs).
  • Able to work in remote area.
  • Able to produce a good variety of western & Arabic dishes.
  • Good knowledge of food safety standards, Good Hygiene Practices & HACCP.
  • Able to work day shift or night shift.
