Position : Planning and Budget  Analyst / Cost Engineer

Qualification :  Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance

Experience :  9-14 Years

Required Skill Set

• Develop financial models to assess project viability (CAPEX & OPEX), revenues, cash flows, and financial indicators (NPV, IRR, Payback Period, etc.).
• Perform sensitivity and risk analyses to evaluate the impact of uncertainties on project performance.
• Prepare detailed feasibility study reports and presentations for senior management, clients and investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, regulatory bodies) to gather accurate data.
• Provide recommendations on project feasibility, investment attractiveness, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in feasibility studies, financial modeling, or investment analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, EViews, or financial modeling software.
• Knowledge of project evaluation methods (NPV, IRR, Cost-Benefit Analysis, LCC).
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Professional Certification from known institutes such as CFI is a plus
