Should have dealt with international Consultants, Project Management companies. Will have to control a team of Construction Managers, Coordinators, Safety, Quality Assurance  and Planning Engineers.

BE Civil, with 15 – 20 years' experience, including 4/5 years in the Gulf, executing fast track high-rise building projects of Dhs.500 million or above from commencement to completion. Must be able to independently control a large team of technical staff and workforce and responsible for safety, quality and productivity.

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 18+ years' experience in high quality building construction work. Should be familiar with ISO Standards and specifications, preferably as an Internal Auditor. Should have minimum 10+ years Gulf experience in reputed construction companies as a QA/QC Engineer.

Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in quantity surveying including 6-8 years in the UAE in the QS department of a large construction company. carrying out Post Contract Administration and all contractual correspondence related to extension of time claims and variations for large building. Candidates must have pre/post contract administration experience for large building projects.  Should have good knowledge of FIDIC.. Salary AED.10,000 TO 15,000/- per month.

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years' experience as Technical Head and 5 to 7 years' experience as Coordinator. Experience in coordination of all civil works. Should be able to coordinate with the architectural structural and MEP drawings. Coordinate with the Consultants to obtain approval on any deviations in the drawings. Efficiently implement consultant requirements along with the execution team. Assist the Project Manager in the civil work to plan in order to meet the deadlines. Review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the Project Manager to review the cost and time impact. Ensure document control and engineering schedule as implemented effectively on the site.

Senior Facade Engineer/Assistant Construction manager (Facade) with minimum of 10+ years of GCC experience in fast-track high rise buildings, preferably male.

E civil / B. Tech civil

To lead facade package in a project from conception to completion.

Candidate should be technically sound enough to guide/handle the technical team on design coordination. To be well versed in all authority related requirements in terms of UAE Fire safety guidelines and implementing the same. To be capable of planning and executing the job with tight time constraints.  Candidate should be able to come up with acceleration & delay cover up programs upon requirements. To manage material approval, technical submittals & method statements based on site specifications & industry standards. Must be able to handle multiple projects based on the organizational requirement. Candidate should have the ability to form a team of his own with available resources and train them to be efficient in their respective roles. To coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, client representatives and authorities for necessary approval, commercial issues and to ultimately maintain harmony in site throughout the project span. To involve in preconstruction engineering and to foresee potential issues and to fix them prior design & construction to avoid unforeseen delays.

Logistic Engineer : 3 Nos.

 

 

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning and execution in the construction. Strong understanding of construction logistics, supply chain and site coordination. Develop and implement project logistics plans, considering project timelines, site constraints and material requirements. Coordinate delivery schedules, offloading zones, laydown areas and equipment movement in line with project progress. Manage and monitor on-site logistics operations, including storage and material management. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site team to ensure timely and efficient logistics support. Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory authorities and master developer requirements during logistics operations. Prepare and maintain detailed reports, logistics schedules and inventory records.

Graduate / Diploma holder with a safety qualification / suitable HSE qualifications and 5-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in the UAE / Gulf region. Should have handled the HSE functions of large building construction projects including liaison with local government authorities. Lesser experience candidate will be considered for Assistant Safety Officers.
