Job Description:
CJ Tech Contracting L.L.C, a leading contracting firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects including multi-storied buildings, warehouses, and luxury villas. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, and proven experience in the Gulf construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and site operations effectively.

• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Implement safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment on site.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

• Resolve any onsite issues or delays promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 7 years of Gulf experience in construction project management.

• Proven experience in multi-storied buildings, warehouses, and villa projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with UAE construction regulations and standards.

• Age limit: Up to 45 years.

• Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or similar project management certification.

• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
